On May 24, 2012 we lost our Jessica. Jessica Brooke Collier was the 21 year old daughter of one of our designers, Sue Collier. She was also Catherine's (our company's namesake) great-great granddaughter. Jessica had Catherine's talent and love of beauty. She brought joy to all who knew her with her loving, sweet spirit. Our hearts are shattered and it took until today for me to be able to write this post.
We are jewelry designers-my friend Jeannette O'Brien, my cousin Sue Collier and myself. Catherine Vrchota Najmajstr, the great-grandmother of Sue and I, was born in Bohemia and came to the US as a young girl. She was a very talented lady who is loved and talked about to this day in South Dakota, where she homesteaded with her husband. We like to think she dreamed of this day where we can share the bit of talent we inherited from her with a large audience.
Check out our store's website!
We also have an actual website for our store. That way those of you who are not members of etsy can buy our jewelry.
