We are jewelry designers-my friend Jeannette O'Brien, my cousin Sue Collier and myself. Catherine Vrchota Najmajstr, the great-grandmother of Sue and I, was born in Bohemia and came to the US as a young girl. She was a very talented lady who is loved and talked about to this day in South Dakota, where she homesteaded with her husband. We like to think she dreamed of this day where we can share the bit of talent we inherited from her with a large audience.

New Pink Ribbon Necklace
What did I do in the early morning hours of Father's Day? I made another necklace with the pink ribbon beads. I had a lot of fun making it and even more fun photographing it with this flower. Hope all the Fathers had a wonderful day. My own father died in a car accident when I was 14. So I don't have an earthly father to celebrate with. But I honor my Father this day still.
